What are our opening days and hours?
Opening hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.
Additional hours can be provided Saturday or Sunday.
You can ask for available slot via phone, text message, mail.

The sessions at present are ad hoc, which means that not presenting in the center all time. Sessions need to be booked in advance.

How do I book a session?

How long is one session?
One session is approximately 1 hour. Session include time for assessment and treatment.
How do I pay for my session?
You can pay for your session via bank transfer. Account number and sort code will be sent to you on the confirmation text message for your booking.
You can pay also by cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have 48h cancellation policy. You are charged £ 25 for your cancellation.
Missing paying your cancellation charge, will restrict you using the service in future.
Where shall I park?
There is a free 2h parking spots on Broadway or Rectory Grove. Allow yourself additional time to find a space and reduce delays for your session.
There are two local car parks, where you need to pay fee. North Street Car Park and Elm Road Car Park.
What to expect from Physio assessment?
Physiotherapy assessment will include:
Asking you relevant questions with regards your current complaints and past medical history
Your details will be hold electronically – please see our policy for further details
Appropriate assessment will be completed
Treatment and further advise will be provided
If needed you may receive within 24 h additional mail with exercises template or other relevant materials
Preferable to wear loose clothes
What to expect from Massage treatment?
Massage treatment will include:
Asking you relevant questions with regards your current complaints and past medical history
Your details will be hold electronically – please see our policy for further details
You will be asked to remove your top clothes, towels and blankets are provided to cover you.
Massage will be provided. Will be used non allergic basic oils. It may be used cupping or other creams. You will be asked prior applying any of it, if needed.
Preferable to wear loose clothes prior the session
What to expect from Acupuncture assessment and treatment?
Acupuncture assessment and treatment will include:
Asking you relevant questions with regards your current complaints and past medical history
Your details will be hold electronically – please see our policy for further details
You will be asked to remove your top clothes, towels and blankets are provided to cover you.
Acupuncture treatment will be provided. You may experience small discomfort from penetration of the needles. Treatment may include cupping, local soft tissue massage, manipulation, stretching, infrared lamp, electroacupuncture, cupping etc.
